Not only does linked in overwhelm recruiters with resumes, but I learned by turning on "open for hire" for a while that is overwhelms job seekers with jobs that have nothing to do with rhe seeker's qualifications or interest. It sounds like Linked In is a bug in the system that is hindering employment.
