I sense fear. It would be wrong to ban it ftom class. It's a tool that is not going away. I don't want students fearing it - I'd rather they master it. Mastering it means being aware of its weaknesses and learning to test the code it generates. Many students signed up to learn Python because of what they've learned about AI.
