I love your human customer support idea. I worked at a company that had an awesome human customer supoort and it fared them really well. If you need anybody to interact with humans to learn and solve problems, let me know. After 30 years of programming I switched to teaching and curriculum development - less money than data science but infinitely more rewarding. Prometheus brought humans fire, but I think they need love too.
